The reservation process is broken. Three times the in a row now, I've had an appointment, arrived early each time, then proceeded to wait 45-60 minutes past my scheduled time before even starting the process. No apologies or acknowledgment. Totally appreciate this isn't a traditional business but I unfortunately won't be donating blood moving forward given their inability to follow a schedule. I may try another location but this one doesn't seem to be run with any process or appreciation.

I don't usually write reviews but this was my first time donating blood at this location and I had a far less than ideal experience. To start, my appointment to donate was at 11am, so I arrived a few minutes early but ended up waiting 25 minutes until being brought back to get screened before donating. After that, I waited another 15-20 minutes before actually giving blood. When I was finally finished and the nurse was taking everything out (very slowly I'll add), the pain of the needle still in my arm was growing more intense and the nurse asked if I was okay. I responded saying yes, but it's just feeling really painful - to which she literally chuckled and said nothing else. By the time I left it was 12:40pm, and two days later I have a massive bruise on my forearm because yes, it was a bit painful. I do not recommend this location unless they improve their efficiency, their compassion towards patrons willingly donating blood, as well as the regularity with which they disinfect surfaces amidst COVID-19--because during the near 2 hours that I was there I didn't see this happen once.

Just wanted to say that I'm in disbelief that someone actually complained that they "don't pay for any services". It's a blood DONATION center.
