Buyer beware. Gave Lexus of Arlington a $2,000 refundable deposit on a car that was guaranteed to be fully refundable immediately upon request. I was forced to follow-up 4+ times over a 2 week period to beg, haggle and finally threaten legal action to get my deposit back. Only then was it returned. Not ethical practice.

I purchased my car there 10 years ago and have been faithfully going in for required maintenance every 5,000 miles. The car runs like new and I have had no issues. Everyone is always friendly and professional and the waiting area is very pleasant.

Sales team was great (even helped get my old car home); new car was ready and walk through of options clear and easy; but had to sit and wait 90 minutes just to write a check. Not sure what issues were but it should not be that difficult for dealership to prepare paperwork to accept a check.

I do not recommend this dealer. I bought my Lexus RX350 from them only because they had the Certified car I had been looking for..
When I looked at the car, it had carpet masking film covering the floors. The next day when I picked up the car, there were rubber mats installed. I asked about the carpet mats & was told I bought the car “as is”.
They offered me several options that I declined. Then I was told that I had to purchase the Recovr Vehicle Location System & Paint & Fabric Protection. That was an extra $1,398.
They also tried to sell me extended warranties, which I also declined.
This was the 5th Lexus that I purchased & expected to be treated more fairly.
