If you have an LG appliance that needs repair and you are told this company will be performing the repair, ask for someone else. One of my doors had a cosmetic blemish/scratch that was an approved repair by LG. The technician, Sang Lee, could not see the scratch and refused to complete the job. Both my daughter and I pointed out the scratch. At one point, he push my daughter's hand away. HE TOUCHED MY CHILD. When I called the company to complain, the response from Kevin, the manager, said "That's not the story we were told. There was no physical contact. Sang Lee said you would not let him leave your home." Really?! I kicked him out of my home for TOUCHING MY KID. Absolutely worst experience ever. Run, don't walk, if they're performing your repair.

Overall, fixed issue in under 2 weeks and did a good job, but poor communication. Never communicated what the issue was or when it would be fixed despite calling 5 times.

The company came to repair my LG fridge within two days when other companies refused to come in.
Within a couple of hours the fridge was fixed and software updated.
Very pleased.

My refrigerator was not cooling for a week now, but I am glad I reached out. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate me quickly, which I really appreciated. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about LG appliances. The repair itself was completed efficiently, and my refrigerator is now working perfectly again. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Answered phone right away and got me in for the following day. LG provided the parts and only paid them for labor. Highly recommend.-Don.

My brand new (18 days old!) LG dryer suddenly stopped heating, and LG sent L Electronics to fix it under warranty. I was nervous when I saw the many bad online reviews, but I had a very good experience. They sent two people, who arrived when exactly when they said would. They ended up having to disassemble the whole dryer, and discovered a sensor next to the igniter was broken. They had the part with them and replaced it within an hour. I now have a working dryer. LG (the appliance manufacturer) was a nightmare to deal with over the phone, and it's very frustrating to have a new appliance break, but no complaints with L Electronics, the local service company they sent to fix it

If I could give this company a zero I would. I purchased an LG dishwasher in July 2023. Four weeks later it was not working and had an AE error code. After multiple contacts with LG they agreed to send a technician out. They sent out L Electronics who said they needed to order a part and it would take 5-7 days to get that part. Here we are two weeks later so I go to check status of the reference number and it says repairs completed. So I call L Electronics to find out what the status of the repair is and I am told that they canceled the repair themselves because WE didn't want to order the part. When I called LG to complain, they tell me that the order was completed two days ago. Here I sit with a brand new dishwasher that hasn't worked for six weeks. I am sure that L Electronics got paid by LG for providing no service. The incompetence of LG and L Electronics is staggering.

So LG wound up having to come out to fix the dishwasher and there was a giant, melted hole in a hose. If L Electronics had actually pulled the dishwasher out and examined the machine, they may have actually found the problem. This company is not skilled in repairing dishwashers. In response to the owner comment - I did contact your company and you refused to provide service. The only challenge during the repair is that the person you sent out had no idea how to fix a dishwasher. He had to contact LG customer service for assistance in diagnosing the issue. Your technician claimed he ordered parts. If he had, I would have received an email from LG that they were ordered. The technician that came out did not pull the dishwasher out from under the counter and examine the interior of the machine. If he had, he would have seen there was a giant hole in the hose. I stand by my review.

I had a cooling problem with my LG refrigerator and was referred to L Electronics. When I called them, they got straight to the point and sent a repairman to check it out. Unfortunately they did not have the part to fix the fridge right away but they ordered it and told me that they would fix it right away when the part came in. The part came in less than a week and got scheduled right away to fix the fridge. I was happy with this service and would recommend for people with LG appliances.

contacted LG about a cooling issue with my fridge and was recommended L Electronics. was hesitant to visit after reading the reviews, but personally, service was good - they got back to me in a timely manner and the technician explained there was an issue with the compressor, specifically the power supply. haven't had any issues since i brought it in. would go back again.

Our LG Dishwasher's control panel was not working properly. Fortunately it is still under warranty and L Electronics is one of the certified companies to do the repair. They came out and determined that the control panel needed to be replaced. It was ordered and replaced in about a weeks time. Very pleased with this company and their work. Thank you!!

I had a warranty repair completed by this company on my LG refrigerator. The tech accidentally dinged the fridge when moving it. They refused to accept any liability, called me a liar, and yelled at me in my own home. I would never have selected this company on my own to process a warranty repair, and I'd recommend others steer clear.
