Overall, fixed issue in under 2 weeks and did a good job, but poor communication. Never communicated what the issue was or when it would be fixed despite calling 5 times.

The company came to repair my LG fridge within two days when other companies refused to come in. Within a couple of hours the fridge was fixed and software updated. Very pleased.

Answered phone right away and got me in for the following day. LG provided the parts and only paid them for labor. Highly recommend.-Don.
