CleanTopia is so amazing and they are so helpful and professional. Highly recommend it. I have 2 hairy golden retrievers and 4 delinquent boys (so you can imagine that my house gets EXTREMELY dirty quickly). One day, my sons decided to have a paintball fight in the house (without my CONSENT), so the couch was full of stains. Thankfully CleanTopia came to the rescue and saved my couch from complete ruin. Ever since then I have been going to them not only for the stains on my couch but also for my clothes, etc.Services: Delivery

It has new owners who are great. They are now called CleanTopia with pickup and delivery. They still do alterations and they were perfect for my son who is pretty short. Got everything the next day.

Terrible!! Brought a brand new comforter in that had been stained from rain water coming through our faulty roof. They put three gaping holes in it attempting to wash it, claimed we brought it in like that and then tried to charge us for the sew job. Absolutely ridiculous situation and i would never return there.

They ruined my dress and blamed me. Do not give this place your business. I brought them a $900 custom gown that had accordion pleating in it. The dress was returned to me without pleating AND it had a HOLE in it. I brought the dress back to them to point these issues out and the woman who owns the shop was shouting at me and accusing me of making the hole in the dress. She also denied that it had pleating in it even when I showed her a picture of the gown prior to bringing it to her. She insisted on fixing the dress herself, but I refused to leave the dress in her care again. I asked her to reimburse me for a professional seamstress to repair the dress and she refused. She also refused to refund my money for the dry cleaning. Finally, I asked for her insurance company name so I could file a claim and she refused to provide it. I will never return to the store again. Not only did they ruin my dress, they provided horrible customer service and treated a long time customer very disrespectfully. I'm in shock.

Took my husband's suit and dress shirt there. Dry cleaning was fine but they broke a button on the dress shirt, which they fixed but only after I arrived to pick it up. 3 days and I still had to wait 20 mins for my order.

They are amazing. I brought in a jacket to have the patch restitched. The first cleaner butchered it. She took one look at it and told me no problem. Not only did she unstitch and restitche but repositioned it so it lay better on jacket. And she only charged me $10. So grateful for them. Taking everything to her from now on.

I do not recommend Kustom Kleen! The product worked good when the salesman was demonstrating the product in his bottle so, I bought 3 bottles of the concentrate. I mixed it the was the directions on the bottle instructed me to. The outcome was not anything like the results from the product the salesman used. Even at full undiluted strength the results were not the same as his. I called the company several times and left messages for help but, no return phone call. Finally, after attempting to leave a message on the answering machine that, I love the product and want to purchase more, my message was stopped short with a "Hello, how can I help you?" After, telling her my problem she said she would send the salesman back to help me. 3 weeks later I have yet to see that man.
