Only one cashier was available for over twenty customers. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes just to purchase one shirt. I stayed because I kept convincing myself that they would notice the long line and add more cashiers. I understand that retail can be hectic, but having only one cashier for such a long line, and then ignoring it, was frustrating.
