The workers here are super sweet and helpful that alone is what made me want to write this review! The store is also thoroughly designed and has amazing sales too. Definitely recommend this location!

Jill at the Arlington Heights location is beyond sweet, caring and kind. She has helped me on many occasions at the store and even with a fully packed store she did not rush me once. Exceptional customer service is so hard to come by now-a-days and it is so refreshing to feel like our business is appreciated. My husband and I love shopping at Kirklands and it is people like Jill who motivate us continue to want to give our business to the company.

I called the store the night before to have them hold a cabinet for me. When I got there the salesperson told me that I would get 50% off if I opened a card. I opened the card then was told it would only be 10% off plus another 20% off from an ongoing promotion. I negotiated another 10% off and agreed that it would be a final sale but it still wasn't 50% like she had originally said. BAIT and SWITCH! Then I asked her if she had something I could use to roll the large, heavy piece of furniture out with and she said "No" that she didn't! When another salesperson saw my husband dragging it through the store she went and got a flat bed. Not a good experience.

Something about the Arlington Heights location is so refreshing. Was able to find just what I needed for my patio and it was even better considering the big sales they’re always having! This store is so sweet and it’s not just the scented sachet packets. Love the way it works for me!

Love this store! I mainly come here for holiday gifts for my family. They always have a great selections in house decorations and lots of amazing smelling candels. I will be coming back next holiday season!

Nice and clean store with pleasant store personnel. Only knocking it off a star because it is pricey, definitely more than I'd usually pay for things like pillows and that was even after a coupon. Hopefully the pillows will be long lasting, etc for the cost. I don't mind paying more if it's great quality... will update my review if they last.

Ordered online for pickup in-store to Arlington Heights Kirkland's, since item wasn't available in Wisconsin. I went inside to shop some more and to pick up my two items. Well-stocked store, the associate who went to pickup my online order came back with only 1 of 2 items, missing the BIG wall hanging piece also on the order. Not a big deal but kinda obvious. And when checked out they flew through the order, preventing them from printing me a gift receipt. There's Curbside pickup here too, but people kept honking atthe guy parked at curbside, because it's completely in the way of main traffic flow and should be moved to nearby parking spots. Service was at least friendly, so rounding up to three stars.

I had a picture frame purchased 2 months ago, which got dropped from the wall yesterday. I called and they said they would still replace it. When I brought it back, the lady at the store told me there was a hanging direction on the back. I did not pay attention and I used picture wire to hang it. In bold letter it said "Please do not use picture wire." Even though it was my fault, she was very happy to replace it!! Very happy!
