We got our sons first haircut here and it was a bit underwhelming. We had Yarah who didn’t introduce herself. Our son sat down and she handed him an iPad and told us to pick something we like. His hair was very long and she had some pictures taped to her mirror of sample styles and she pointed to one and said ok so you want this? It was very short and I said no I said I want some length to stay on and pointed to another one. She initially gave him a cut that looked like a bowl cut and we said it needed to be faded, which she did. At the end of the cut the style was cute but VERY short it was just like the picture she showed me initially I said no to. Now that his hair is washed it looks just like a bowl cut also it’s not a cut that lays nicely without being styled and who gels their 18 month old every day? My son also has a cut on his neck which is disappointing because he didn’t fight her at all he actually enjoyed his cut so I don’t know how or why she managed to knick his neck. At the end he has SO much hair cut off and was basically sitting in hair. She didn’t brush off his neck or clothes and just handed me a lint roller for me to do myself…which I did…she was not really friendly or engaging overall and I don’t think we will be back…

This place is always great for my kids. We’ve seen several stylists and they’ve all done a great job. It’s quick and painless and they go out of their way to make sure your kids are comfortable with what they’re doing.

Jessica is so patient and sweet to our son! We always have a wonderful experience. There are tons of cute little toys to buy, too. Would highly recommend!

We are regulars here for our kids. The kids always look forward to the trip for the toys. It's definitely kid-friendly. We have practically had all their hairstylists by now and everyone does a great job.

I schedule an appointment for my daughter to get her hair braided. When we arrived I asked Yarah if she can please make them extremely tight because it’s for a competition. I showed her a photo and the whole time she was with the biggest frown on her face. I asked her if she can please correct one hair that was flying, she just put the biggest Bobby pin and continued to the other side.
When she finished she told me next time schedule more time, to that I respond that I called and scheduled ahead of time.
When I was checking my daughter hair one side was totally off and I asked the receptionist to ask her to redo it, the hair was falling off already.
She was pissed that I asked and proceed to re do it by pulling my daughter hair so hard that her scalp was red.
This is the after math, the braids are totally uneven, loose and sloppy.
It’s sad because we always have the best experience with our regular stylist we been clients for at least 6 years.
I would recommend a 100% Kids Snips just stay away from Yara.

We drive all the way from Volo to come here. Kid Snips is the best great staff and great salon. My son just had a haircut with Natasha and he looks great.
