They drove to the garage where my car was parked and jumped the battery and took car to their shop .they looked for a problem put air in tires did an oil change and drove the car back to my garage . I appreciate the extra courtesy they gave me. I have bone on bone arthritis in my right knee. They care about the customer.

Awesome customer service. I had K Auto switch out my winter tires for summer tires, and when I mentioned that I lived within walking distance, they offered to pick my tires up from my house (my car is too small to fit all of the tires in it). Then, when a nasty line of thunderstorms came through, they tucked my car into one of the service bays to make sure it didn't get hailed on. Very wonderful people and very reasonable prices. Thank you!
