I had another great experience at JoAnn Fabrics, this time at the Arlington Hts. location. I believe the employee at the cutting center was Maggie. Another employee helped me find the fabric I wanted, but I never saw her name tag. Both were personable and helpful.

Its a huge store, obviously the time of year made it really busy. However thankfully i found precisely what I was looking for.
