Working with Jen was a great experience! We are first time homeowners who closed on our first home in Fall 2020 which neededless to say, was a crazy time in the search for a home. Houses were going incredibly fast and Jen was always very responsive, quick to get us in for viewings, willing to work around our schedule, and ahead of suggesting houses that fit what we were looking for before they hit the public market. She is very knowledgeable in pointing out areas of value within a home and areas that would require quick action/expenses as well as ultimately recommending some local companies for us to work with, which was very helpful as first timers. Jen has been so kind with her check-ins and we would work with her time and time again.

Navigating the water of this crazy late-pandemic market as first-time homebuyers is nothing short of a shipwreck waiting to happen. Jen is an amazing and experience captain who managed to secure our dream house. She would stay up late preparing our offers and getting into biding wars for us with phenomenal tactics. Her communication skills are impeccable. She was always quick to point out the disadvantages of a property with immediate estimate and recommendations on how to repair/adjust them. Jen is a realtor who will truly go above and beyond and below (literally, she went into a crawl space with me). We are selfishly sorry that our journey with her has ended but so grateful that we had the chance to work with such an amazing person as Jen.

I enlisted Jen Berg on 2 occasions. Once to sell my fathers home in Mt Prospect and then again to sell my condominium in Naperville. She is a pleasure to work with & comes highly recommended. Not a huge fan. The realtor I dealt with struggled a lot with English and manners. She seemed very confused and was not very professional with me at all. When I called the office to speak with someone that might I was met with attitude and sarcasm. I think it's great your working remotely but when someone is reaching out to you with a problem that is your opportunity to to hopefully try and alleviate the problem not behave poorly because your not in a office atmosphere.
