Went to the Arlington Hts., IL location. The process was so easy! We did have a question while ordering and called the number listed. Got the answer we needed, and placed the order.
Got the delivery on time. The two delivery guys were very nice, happy with them. For us this truly was a 'HassleLess' experience! :)

Omg...why wasn't this concept implemented 20 years ago? I've had a sleep number bed for 20 years, and it's time for my new mattress set. I fell in love with Temper pedic adapt after trying it multiple times and ready to buy

I had visited multiple mattress stores and felt a bit burnt out by the time I got to Hasseless Mattress. The experience at this store was unique and worked well for the process. Everything was as advertised including timeliness of delivery. The delivery guys, Jauron and Nathan were quick, accommodating and professional. Oh, and the Albany mattress was a solid choice.

Very pleased with how my mattress searching went with this company. I walked into the store to find that there were no employees working in there. So much better than having someone constantly follow you around. I also really like how they take safety and sanitation seriously. I think it's a good idea to put a piece of cloth down while you're trying out the mattress, especially during COVID. Also, there was hand sanitizer as soon as I walked in. I found a mattress that was perfect for me. I left very satisfied. I 10/10 recommend this company if you're looking for a new mattress.
