Bought a $4k zero G chair from them April 2023. PR515. The footrest kept getting stuck and has to be repeatedly factory reset.
Owner agreed they would swap it out for a different model PR632 but they had to order it as it was not in stock
Checked in about 10 times in the next 6 months. They never returned a single call.
I eventually found out by calling other stores that the model is no longer even in production by the manufacturer so there was no way it was ever going to be in stock.
So it was a false promise from the get go.

Hello, I purchased a scooter and ramp on 6-10-23 from the Arlington Heights store. Ms. Neli and Mr. Carlos gave excellent customer service. They were kind and knowledgeable about all of the different brands and styles of scooters. They helped me select just the right scooter that my husband would be comfortable in. Mark was great and he gave me an opportunity to test drive a few scooters He's very knowledgeable in the products and a very fun guy. Definitely would recommend friends and family. It's worth the distance because I live in schererville Indiana.

Unfortunately the Independence Bed was over sold and underperformed. The bed is not safe for seniors or people with severe mobility issues. I had to pay for a delivery that didn’t work out and $200 to send back. Disappointed..

Update 2022: my husband had a pretty bad cycling accident and I requested another medical recliner. To my surprise, Heartland was able to deliver the next day. There’s much more to the service they provided, but in short, they took great care to make sure we had what we needed during a stressful time. Again, highly recommend them for your medical needs.2021: I could not more highly recommend Hartland. They are responsive, affordable, and a delight to work with. The chair we rented for my husbands shoulder surgery was in great shape and very comfortable. They were able to act on short notice, including delivery just 2 biz days after I called, and the pick up experience was the same. When he gets his other shoulder surgery, we will surely work with then again. Thanks!

I came here looking for a scooter for my elderly mother. Upon walking in Nely automatically greeted me and asked me for help. She guided me after I explained to her what kind of product was recommended by my mothers physician. They have a large selection and obviously I am clueless, I had no idea what kind of scooter my mother needed. Nely, made this purchase 100% easier after explaining each item they had and what it did differently. I am beyond thankful for Nely and her sweetness. She is defiantly the definition of great customer service and asset to a company. Nely, if you see this, I passed your information along to my mothers nursing home to send anyone to you for any future purchases.
