Customer service was much, much better here than other GameStops, so I'm willing to travel to this one that several that are closer to my home. Needed to make a return and it was seamless. The knowledge and willingness to work with us was amazing. Will be back for NCAA Football this summer.

Claimed to have Deep Cut Amiibo, and I was told that by another location, they didn't and the store clerk did not seem super enthusiastic to fix the problem. I'm shocked by how undiligent they were too because when I first came in, no one was around, I could've robbed the place and no one would know (not like I did, I lack the balls, but I could).

Horrible horrible service I went in because I ordered a Spider-Man figure. I drove 40 minutes just to get there and 10 seconds when I got there the guy told me he already sold it. He should have emailed me right away instead of waiting 40 minutes to email. When he told me the second I ordered it that it was already bought. Just horrible it ruined my day. Do not order or go here
