I had the pleasure of dealing once again with Dina Eliopoulos. The first time I had her, I had such a good experience, and I was blessed once again to get her second time. She gave me great customer service with a smile. She’s very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, with no pressure at all. I also noticed another asset of this beautiful person her coworker, Nataliya Kalaydzhieva. The two of them work so well together, and all I did was laugh. I told him they were so good together, and I want to come in just to sit and watch the show when I have nothing to do. These two are truly an asset for your company and I thank you for hiring them. The other lady behind the counter as a teller just sat and watched and didn’t get involved or say anything so I didn’t feel she was part of the team. Not like Natalia and Dina.

Deborah is the only reason this place gets 5 stars. She's the best. I have had issues with the other tellers being very rude.

Came here with my fiance as she is closing her account. This is the second time we've came to this location. Their customer service skills is beyond rude. Kathy definitely needs to work on her attitude because she was huffing and puffing the whole time while having to do her job. Ridiculous, first off this bank is terrible, took my fiance over a week to zelle money. Then their employees have attitude when they actually have to do their job... Glad she is done with this bank and now is banking with Chase.

Nataliya was helping me open a bank account. I would’ve rated 5 stars if nataliya wasn’t rude to me.1st, she asked for my SSN out loud, only to check if I ever had a bank account with them and to check that I did not have a remaining balance. After I told her multiple times that it was my first time at the bank. After that, I gave her my student ID. She proceeds to tell me that anyone can pretend to be a student. I proceeded to tell her my school name and city and my major and my weekly schedule. She was rude and I hope she reads this review and learns how to treat future customer. Bottom line.. she treated me like I was a cockroach opening a bank account !

Nightmare bank. No customer service, app never works, and they don't care. They just went out of business and will again soon. 1 star yelp rating deserved.

Upside: Friendly staff, those who were there prior to FMB acquisition of People's Bank of Arlington Heights. Downsides: Fast withdrawals but slow disbursement to payees and credits to account. Online banking system often did not reflect recent transactions. I did not encounter these issues prior to FMB acquisition of People's Bank. Eventually I closed accounts.

Bad service slow bad website mobile app is garbage not helpful been waiting to withdraw money for 25 min now and no one is waiting on me.
