They offer a "deal" for 9.99 where I was told I can cancel a month later and will not be charged. I was charged for it and a ticket was submitted to a "manager" for reversal but was denied because I had to cancel at least 5-7 days before the 30 days. I was told different by the attendant upon sign up. Beware! I am not the only one this has happened to and not even a callback from a manager I had to follow up multiple times.

Be careful of the "specials" make sure you understand when it starts and how much. I was lead to believe first timers $9.99 for the first month. They started the 9.99 that day and there was only nine days left in the month.

I've been coming to Driven car wash for over 1year, and very happy with the quality of the wash. I've had all levels of washing and the cleaning products and process is top! A few times a month you get free towels with a car deodorant, which comes in handy. With many convenient locations near by and they keep expanding, it's good to know. The blue pressure blower is key with cleaning dust inside the car and all over the door hinges and your air vents! Not many other car washes I've seen have that. The value you get for the monthly was program, is excellent!!! Kale, the branch manager at Arlington Heights Location, keeps all his employees in touch with service needs the customers need. Definitely recommend this place! 10 stars

Look at you credit card statement. As another customer noted, I have been a member with Driven for a year. When I singed up I was told the membership price would not change as long as I did not cancel the membership. Well starting in January my price went up I talked to the manger and they fixed the price back to the original quoted price. Well the next month the same thing happed and it was fixed for a 2nd time. The 3rd time I canceled the membership. Very discouraging they ownership does this.

Today my wife and I made a final decision to cancel membership due to up charging our membership in which we did not authorize nor was aware of it. This has been happening to us often. We have been with Driven ever since they opened at Arlington hts location. Called today and canceled both memberships!!! FYI this is for all members that have been supporting this place from the beginning I encourage you all to cancel memberships.Unfortunately this place doesn't care for their customers!!!!

I am a self-proclaimed car wash snob-nerd. I've always wanted to own a car wash, so scrutinizing the latest technology, building design, marketing gimmicks, and other fluff is just the way my geeky brain works. I've sampled too many car washes to count over the course of my motoring life and I hereby proclaim: Driven Car Wash lands at #1 in the overflowing (carwash geek pun) world of automatic car washes. The service is absolutely consistent. Dirty car goes in, and a clean, spot-free, DRY car comes out. I emphasize DRY because we all know how it feels to spend $15 at your local Suds-N-Smear, only to get your Precious home to see water spots, streaks, missed dirt, filthy wheels, and ultimately, tears on your face. Not the case at Driven. Modern equipment gets wheels ultra-clean, cars bone-dry, shiny, and spot-free. Vacuums are super-sucky, so be careful not give yourself a hickey. Driven Car wash brings the quality and value unexpected for a paltry fifteen bucks. I never leave disappointed - watching the gorgeous parade of clean, shiny, dry cars happily motoring away. That's peace of mind you can't buy with the best marketing or the friendliest employees. It's the peace of mind we all want when we roll our pride and joy onto that belt and stare down the foreboding tunnel of colorful but carefully-metered soaps and noisy scrubby spray thingys, hoping you don't forget to "PUT CAR IN NEUTRAL." In a land of overpriced mediocre car washes, Driven Car Wash stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. It's obvious that there is pride in ownership here, and I will be their cheerleader for the foreseeable future. Five stars to Driven, the home-run of carwashes!

I have been to all Driven car washes in the state of Illinois. the Rolling Meadows location is the worst one! They give very little soap. I'm a member so I'm entitled to the premium standard wash. the car doest come out clean. No Carbonite is added. The vacuums are weak! at end of car wash they don't have the fire blower heater to dry vehicle, nor do they have the the air pressure hoses to get excess water off of car and they do not pass out free air freshener or towels on the 1st weekend of the month like all the other driven car washes in the entire state of Illinois that I have visited.the Rolling Meadows location needs match the Driven standards or change their name to below standard car wash. Or stingy on Soap. water only drive Thru

My recent visit to Driven Car Wash was a standout experience, mainly due to the exceptional service provided by an employee named Greg. What really highlighted Greg’s dedication was his assistance when I encountered an unexpected issue – a seatbelt strap had gotten stuck in the vacuum. Greg immediately came to the rescue, demonstrating both resourcefulness and patience, and solved the problem efficiently. This kind of proactive and thoughtful service is rare and extremely valuable.I am thoroughly impressed by Greg’s commitment to exceptional customer service and because of him, Driven Car Wash has earned my loyalty. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience.

In town visiting my son and his car had some debris from being parked under a fruit tree the night before. I found this place and since it seemed to have good reviews I suggested it. An error happened during the wash and the car wasn't clean... like, at all. He did the right thing and went back, upon realizing what happened, and simply asked to be ran through the wash again. They saw how dirty it was still and didn't care. They wanted him to pay for another full wash. Really? That's how you treat customers? Terrible customer service and I would go elsewhere if I were you. Don't be the unlucky person who has their aged car wash have an error and leave you with a dirty car. This isn't right.

I am giving two stars only because they have good carwash plans and do a good job. End of August 2023, my car roof antenna fell off at their car wash. It has been 2 months and the management, even though agreeable, is very slow to respond and I still haven’t been able to get my car fixed. Extremely disappointed in this experience because I used to drive almost 25 miles to the suburbs to use their carwash on the weekends.

The car wash has free vacuums and free floor mat cleaners. They give generous soap and the car comes clean . The only thing I don't care for is the the guy who guides you into the wash IS a bad listener. I asked for the touch less wash and he still used the brushes. The next day I came in ,he I asked for a touch less wash and he still turned on the brushes. The 3rd day I got out of the car and approached him. HE wasn't happy that I came in, however I wanted to make sure this American looking man communicates in English. I told him do I need to have a sign say touchless wash because you don't listen well. I'm a teacher I work as a speech pathologist. I annunciate my words perfectly. I FINALLY GOT MY TOUCHLESS WASH. The next time I come on If he does his job well I'll consider getting a membership. I have to see if they can be trusted.

Be aware of their monthly memberships. I went in and personally cancelled the membership and witnessed the lady go into the system and supposedly cancel it. Months later I checked and they kept charging directly to my credit card. Now I need to make another separate trip back in.Additionally, the membership sticker that they apply to your windscreen in order to enter the car wash, is very hard to get off and leaves a stick residue.Bad overall customer experience.

This location hired a small family business for work to be done on their property. They will not answer our calls or emails to pay an outstanding invoice for thousands of dollars. I have called their corporate office and no one has reached out to us. If someone reads these reviews, please contact us back and send payment as soon as possible and I will gladly remove this review.

Today I went back after couple of month that I was not in the area. I renew my membership bc it’s one of the best car wash in the area. I want to thank Valencia for assisting me today morning I hope I got her name right. She helped me removed the old sticker from my windshield. Great customer serviceI’ll definitely recommend
