I have been going there for years and consider them good friends, but the last 2 times I was there after waiting five weeks to get my car in for a minor job, and another 10 days to get my car back I was very disappointed.
I don't think I will be going back any time soon. There're other places that want my business and my money.
And I also noticed few weeks later that the color is off.

Recently got into an accident and was recommended this shop. Spoke to shop and requested before any work be done, that I be notified. Also, I was told it could be awhile since they were very busy. Fine. 7 weeks later, I get a call that they are all done. Okay fine. Pick up my vehicle and I notice 2 blemishes. Take it back to the shop. I am told the replacement piece had “rock chips” in it and since insurance doesn’t cover repair of replacement part (only blending), they just applied paint and slapped it on. The kicker is, now to have the area redone the RIGHT way, I have to self pay $1K, after this shop just got over $3K from the insurance company. I was never called after initial assessment. Perhaps if I was notified at that point, of the situation, it could have been resolved. And I don’t want to hear any bologna about what insurance covers or doesn’t cover. Now, the scrapes are gone, but I have visible blemish areas and I didn’t have those before.
I use this analogy, if you had open heart surgery, insurance only cover 20 stitches to close you up and it takes 40, the surgeon is going to give you 40 because they take pride in their work and reputation AND they want their patient’s happy and healthy. Skipping corners and blaming it on insurance is ridiculous and IF replacement part was in bad condition to begin with, it never should have been used on my vehicle. Because I would never leave your chest cavity open and then charge you additional money to have to job done right.

I took my car to have a couple things done on it and the work and professionalism these guys show is second to none. I’ve been to other places for work and the honesty and quality of work they perform is well worth the time of going to them. The pricing is great and the work is beautiful especially if it needs blended. Highly recommended

Avoid that place!I'm sorry that there is no 0 stars option. I was waiting 3 weeks for my scheduled appt time. I called one week prior just to confirm, the lady said that everything is set up and after 2 hours she called me back to tell me how we need to wait "only" 3 more weeks....!!!

I had accident on my 2019 Chevy Colorado, I was sandwich between 2 cars, A cargo van from the back and a regular passenger car from the front. So there was quiet damage on both ends. This body shop performed a repair on my Colorado. As God is my witness, you can't even tell if this pickup truck was involved in an accident.
