Janice is absolutely the BEST! Helpful, knowledgeable, patient (picking furniture is hard). We searched many furniture stores and we found Crest pricing and selection to be the best. Showroom is not fancy but the simplicity(no room vignettes) allows for soooo many choices.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!I would not even give this place one star if I could. I purchased my furniture months ago and I still do not have it delivered. They just let things sit in a warehouse for weeks upon weeks before they get it moved. Every update is just another delay. At this point it will be almost a year before I see my furniture if I am even lucky. AND you have to constantly be the one to follow up with them for a status update. And they never have an answer other than oh it will be 1 month later than they told you and it just keeps going on from month to month. It's BULLSH*T! Do NOT waste your time, money or energy! Absolutely awful, horrible customer service. They do not treat their customers right. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Crest Furniture. It is a family owned business and the staff really does take care of their customers. My go to people are Anna Maire and Greg that are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to fine the perfect furniture for my home, family, friends and clients. It was such a great experience everytime I stop in! I highly recommend this business.

Great service and good prices. I purchased a sleeper sofa and my sales man, David, was the best! He helped select the style and fabric; kept me informed as to the status of my order; and was extremely helpful with the delivery. The sofa was ready a month earlier than expected.

I recently had a WONDERFUL experience with this store, when purchasing a BEAUTIFUL custom couch! My saleswoman, JANICE was the absolute BEST!!!! She was very professional, friendly, informative and followed through and kept me informed with every aspect of this sale, from ordering to delivery! I shopped all over for months and ended up getting exactly what I wanted at Crest and at a wonderful price! I knew going in, that it would take months to get my couch (it is that way everywhere) and much to my surprise and delight, my couch came in three months early! Do not hesitate to do business at this store...you will not be disappointed!!!! THANK YOU, JANICE!!!!!!

I am extremely pleased and thrilled with the excellent customer service of Crest Furniture in Arlington Heights. Dave was helpful, attentive to what I was looking for and made the whole process of purchasing a new couch simple and stress-free. I love my new Rowe couch and especially that I did not have to wait months to have it delivered. Dave worked with me to find a piece that was available and ready to ship next day, all the while working with my taste and budget! I highly recommend Crest furniture!

Create furniture employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery company employees were rude and Constantine complaining about their job. Saying they usually do commercial jobs they would have to charge us $50.00 to take our old flexsteel couch to our garage to make up for not getting a bigger tip from larger jobs. Very disappointing for your company to be represented like this.
