I have been getting my products at cosmo for a while and this is the 2nd encounter i have had with opened and used products. i see people spraying and using products in store all the time. this product was scooped and used by someone, i can tell with all the hair in the cream. disgusting. the store needs testers, or better seals. i now have to deal with less product, since scraping the top layer off.

Just if I could give 0 star I would definitely do!! I just went to pick up few products like always and I know Mondays the store is open 8 to 6 I was by the door 3:35 and this lady left a paper by the door saying close until 4:45 ok I understand you want to leave early but there is still 10 minutes she did not open the door so rude.

On google says store hours till 6pm they close we went there on monday at 3:30pm door was locked and the lady inside said she's closed did not open the door

The ladies here are amazing ! I usually have trouble finding stock that I have to travel to multiple cosmoprofs but this location had everything I needed and more. Great customer service too !!!! Definitely returning soon.

Very unprofessional. Stopped in and there was a hand written note on the door that said “Be back in a half hour”. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting for them to open. As I waited they lost a few customers who came up to the door and then left.

Always out of stock of everything I need,specially the Guytang shelf, they never have developers and bleach. This is hilarious. Coming everyday to check if they have products in stock. So sad because this is my closest location.

I just visited this store few minutes ago. Maria and Maribel are just amazing. I own salon but I am not a styris and they always eager to help out. I can always count on them and put in order in advance and I get there everything is ready for me to pick up. It's always a good idea to coldham ahead and make sure that they Have a product that you're looking for.Thank you so much I really appreciate that. Highly recommended

Eric is professional & experienced stylist & hairdresser. Good suggestion on home blow drying. Hair wash & head massage is dye for. Enjoyed my experience and be back definitely. Receptionist girls need to show more customer courtesy and smile, but could be cultural though.

I just visited this store this week for the first time since they re-opened. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I love how easy the store is to navigate. It is always clean and organized.

This location is under new management and deserves 5 solid stars. Adrian the manager has been extremely helpful; he's given me advice about bond protectors, offered online classes, placed special (and rushed) orders for me (saving me time and money in shipping. Ordering directly from the manufacturer can be expensive, amiright?) and most importantly he suggested a less expensive color line that I've switched over to that is literally saving me hundreds of dollars a year. This store is wonderful. I'm an independent stylist in the city and a mom to a toddler, so I'm probably too busy for my own good. I know that I can come into this Cosmo Prof and get the products I need (maybe even more!) and have a quick friendly chat and be back in my car in a snap. The staff is super friendly, the store is immaculately clean and all products are stocked and in order.
