Some of the staff is rude and lazy. My mother is 72 years old (and not good enough with technology to write this review) , has obvious, visible difficulty walking; and has a handicap parking placard. She tries to donate several bags of clothes today. The woman at the front counter says they won't accept them there, she needs to take them all the way to the back. She can't walk all the way to the back of the store carrying that stuff. The woman argues with her and finally, obviously annoyed, says "Ugh, fine!". My mom has one other bag in the car that she couldn't carry on the first trip, woman at counter flat out refuses to take it unless she goes to the back, accepting them at the counter was a like a "one time favor" I guess. No "thank you" and a lot of attitude. This disrespectful, unacceptable behavior toward someone who is going to the trouble of donating stuff to you and cannot even stand up properly.

I love to thrift, however the prices in these stores are ridiculously high. I can get new non stained or chipped items for less. If they don't work in my space, I can return them! Treasure Hunters a few doors down has better deals.

I drove in from the city to do some thrifting. This was my first stop in the area, and by far my favorite! Everything is well-organized and friendly workers. They had a good variety of items and an especially large section for kid’s clothing. I hope to visit again soon!

This was the first time I went there with friends. It was a spacious clean place. Everything was organized. They have vintage modern you name it. The furniture is reasonably priced . They have kitchen beautiful kitchen ware books toys and of course cloths. I bought a plaque a pair of earrings and comfy pants. There was plenty of parking. They have a reward program with phone number. Today wS 25% off . Thursday senior discount 20% I will most certainly go back again. Checking out was easy with friendly staff. I washed the cloths because that's what I do but they were hung and wrinkled . Great job

I was one of the first customers on opening day in BG That first year was AMAZING.... The prices were right. The staff has ALWAYS been so lovely and chatty (with only a couple sour apples ?)Yes with the move to AH the prices went up.. yes, there are a couple people who do pricing that must be out of their mind but mostly the prices are great here. My refrigerator my couch, my chairs, my kitchen collectibles, and even a couple furs are some of my most prized items. Worth going back again and again to find that deal? Overall high quality goods at decent prices

Called ahead and told them we had a couch in great condition, loaded it up and brought it over and was denied donation by the grease ball in the back because he didn't feel like unloading it front the truck. On the way it started to mist and he claimed the couch was "drenched" even though his associate said she would take it no problem. Missed out on a donation. Maybe consider hiring men who have muscle so they can lift heavy donations.
