WARNING: THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This hotel is highly unsafe and should be avoided at all costs. If you value your peace of mind and safety, do not choose this place. The hotel manager (Apollo Million) and some staff members are unprofessional, making your stay uncomfortable and distressing. During my stay, I witnessed frequent police activity, loud banging sounds, strong cigarette odors, and disturbing arguments between staff and guests. The rooms are dark and creepy, and ongoing construction in a nearby wing has left the area covered in dust and debris. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There are many better options nearby—stay far away from this one.

My wife booked a room months in advance only for it to be canceled and no one knew why. Called and got rebooked but at a higher rate. Once we arrived and checked in the first room was horrible smelled of chemicals and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months dust on everything, shower didn't drain properly, and being in a larger population area we always do a bedbug check found splinters of wood in the mattress and something crushed under the edge of the mattress. This place is a dump. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Crazy, No services , No breakfast
Very Rude Manager, Don’t allows to listen us. Requested rooms services every times but services never done in time.
Since 5 days No internet services , noboday cares for customer.
No value for money.

My check in experience with Cassie was perfection to say the least. She is one of the most charismatic and cheerful front desk agents I’ve met in a long while. You can tell she comes to work everyday with a smile on her face and happy to help and do her job. I will be delighted to have her assist me with me next stay!

This is going to be a long review and I wish I didn't have so much to say, but it can be summarized by, "I would never recommend this property to anyone"
We stayed at this location for a business trip the 3rd week of May 2024. We were 2 couples. I booked a double queen with a kitchen. The queen beds are 57in wide vs the standard 60in(we measured). While this is technically still a queen, it is not the standard for hotels and was not wide enough to accommodate our needs. When I explained the situation to three different employees, including a manager, I was basically told that they were queens and if I wanted to leave I could but they'd hold my money until the following week. We weren't in a position to do this and decided we would try and use the pull out couch for one of the people in the room. It was covered in an incredibly sticky, brown substance. It also had no bedding. One person ended up having to sleep on the floor and I'm just thankful we had an emergency air mattress.
The air conditioner was right up on one of the beds, making it impossible to get out on the one side and requiring one person to freeze all night if we wanted the rest of the room comfortable.
The kitchenette had no pans, plates, utensils, anything. It was entirely empty. This was not stated at booking. As we didn't bring things we assumed we'd be supplied with, we were unable to use it as originally intended, costing us more money.
The hotel allows animals, which we knew, but we expected some measure of quiet enforcement. This was not the case and there was a dog that barked at all hours, all day.
This is purely speculation, but I got the impression there were people living on site and it overall did not feel entirely safe outside of our room.
The property is very tired looking outside of the couple renovated rooms. The carpet is peeling, as is the plaster on the walls. There was an incredibly unpleasant smell in the hall that reminded us vaguely of a nursing home. The bath tub in our room had large chips in the porcelain and many rust spots. The sink was lopsided and wobbly.
It also took almost 2 weeks to get a copy of my bill as the property did not upload it to the Choice website portal and they were not answering any of my emails. I finally got help after trying to call again, but they emailed it directly and I'm unable to leave a review on the official website because of it.
We booked here for the location, which is nice, convenient, and with lots of food options. The photos made it seem like a nice location, but I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. There are other hotels in the area, go to one of them instead.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They stole jewelry from our room. Staff was extremely rude to us the whole stay. This place is dirty and you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms.
Anyone who says this place is nice is straight up lying.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The property manager told the staff I could stay and they could explain to me while I can’t extend my room… The property manager say. I need to go at 2:30 pm while passing check out time.., I was hurt and disappointed because I have my kids and you was me and my keep leave at 2:30 after I pay all the way noontime.., This place got cracked head living there and the property manager is horrible… they over priced with no breakfast… I would recommend not coming here

The hotel is under renovation after a fire, but this information is not mentioned anywhere, everything is covered with a cloud of construction dust, the air is suffocated. 5 minutes after I paid I left the hotel without even being offered another room but the receptionist was kind and explained that there is no problem and I will get a full refund, yesterday I received information that the manager refuses to pay a refund because we broke their rule and did not take another room, which is not true. I traveled 5 hours to find all this out. I had to look for a new hotel instead of resting after this trip. A real business would refund customers $123.91

I reserved a room days ahead and prepaid for it using the choice rewards program. I called them the day of (while driving there) to confirm my room. Hours later they left me a message saying they don’t have a room.
Be careful is you reserve and pay for a room ahead of time, you might not get it. And the time spent trying to get a refund.

The place it’s really danger for people we saw people in the drug outside the and it’s really trashy place for everybody he have family don’t go to the hotel it’s not safe for your family because I care for another people don’t put yourself in the dangerous situation when we arrive there and we see what I say it in the beginning we change our mind, and we want the money back They said we don’t give you money back the place it’s horrible full of drug marijuana homeless people just be careful please just for your family or for yourself

Honestly. This place is gross and left us highly disappointed. When we saw the area, we were already a little turned off. Then we were told after getting our room keys, that the elevator was broken. We are both able bodied but we had a lot to carry up to the 3rd floor. They offer no amenities at the desk (I forgot my toothbrush). We had no shower curtain, stains on the bed, curtains and lamp shade, a busted out screen for our "patio door" which was a stained concrete hell with cigarette butts. The refrigerator also did not work. Some of the horror is attached in picture form. It also smelled like they tried to febreeze away the stench of stale cigarettes. But it didn't work.
