There should be option to bote with a minus 5 stars. Those guis laing, they open my account without to slide my card and have no respect to the people that holding their money into the bankRadiculosly arrogant.Before one yr was different people better than this know.Also they dont answer the phone and the answering mashine redirected you to call center in Costa Rica.

It took 1.5 hours to open an account! then they said come back next week and sign it. we came, they say we need to do it all over again! service 0!

We were closing a bank account (the only reason we had Citi was to use Global Transfer between Citi accounts in different countries, which was recently revoked) with a nice and knowledgeable representative. Their operating software is so terrible that she had to Google how to check the balance on a different account, because they were not synced. My child needed to use a restroom and they DO NOT HAVE ONE FOR their customers. The only reason I am not giving the branch 1 star is the banker, but the whole experience with the Citi the last 4 years makes me question how they stay in business. I do not know one happy customer in US or abroad.

Citibank is a totally inept banking experience. You need to make an appointment in advance to get help with specific banking needs. Because of the pandemic I get it. But after you arrive, no one can bring up your IRA account number to assist you. They have to call the help line. And when you get in touch with them, they have to transfer you to retirement services. And then you get put on hold again. I could get this aggravation on my own at home. I can't get my balance or make a transaction. It's great to put money into an institution that can't give it back to you. That's not banking. It's called robbery

Can not do anything that you can not do over the phone without the single banker there who is usually busy. For citibank, this means they can do practically nothing.

The atm ate $100 of my deposited cash money and didn't deposit it, and now I have to call three freaking numbers because no one wants to help me. Y'all are robbers.

This is a great bank. When I was a child it is where I got my first bank account. I was so excited to get an atm card.

Terrible experience there. NO help so it took 45 minutes and only 1 teller snd 3 people in front of me. Started passing out bottles of hand sanitizers and water. The main bank is closed and I had to wait days to get into my safety deposit box . I'd change banks but that would also be a terrible hassle

I am telling people to not contact citibank find solutions. I have been trying to get a simple payoff letter and been 3 weeks and nothing. looks like it is going to cost me a lot of money and they are going to collect a lot of money they do not deserve. need by 04/08/2020 to close out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITI BANK
