Mike installed a new wireless keypad, done in 15 minutes. Had another company out prior to Chicago Garage Door, the tech couldn't pair a new wireless keypad. Didn't know what he was doing. Told us we needed new board or motor. Knew it wasn't true. So glad we called Chicago Garage door.

Let me tell you that the professional service, I received was the best I have seen in a while. the knowledge of my service tech Mike was great. I would recommend that when you get service from Chicago Garage Doors have them send mike he’s a really great guy.

Chicago garage door company came very quickly with same-day service. Also resetting my code to get in the garage was very helpful. But the reason for contacting them was because the sensor was not working properly which continued to let the garage open or not go down completely.They did a temporary fix with tape so still have issues from time to time. I think it probably should have just been replaced completely but in that moment saved me a couple hundred dollars.

The technician was on time and courteous. I showed him the issue I had, which was a broken garage door spring. He immediately went to work on it. When it was fixed, he called me over to see that he had replaced the springs and test it out to make sure the door would go up and down fine.Overall I gladly recommend Chicago Garage Door for their work.

Ryan did an excellent job with the install of our new garage door system. It was a Chamberlain model belt drive unit and it is quiet as a mouse...can barely tell its running. Everything runs perfect.Chicago Garage Door does excellent work and I would definitely use their services again if/when needed.

They installed new garage door at my home, I am very happy with service. My garage door need adjustment, I call them, they send Jimmy Olsen in couple hours. JIMMY OLSEN came and fix the problem in 5 minutes, best thing Jimmy Olsen listened me and made me satisfied. Best service in area.
