Absolutely terrible bank and this branch teller and manager make you feel as second class citizen. Went to deposit small amount of cash into my wife account. Despite the fact I had her debit card with me, we had same address and last names, I have Chase credit card, she refused. Asked me to go to Jewel get a cashier check and then deposit. Manager said I maybe doing money laundering and therefore my wife had to come to deposit herself. Oh really!

Terrible experience. We tried to send the money to overseas bank. We had to visit 3 days to get transactions completed. Then, a week later, we got email notification saying it was not successful due to security issues. Still reason unknown. Worst bank service we have ever experienced.

REY. This review is all for REY and I couldn’t find this branch on Yelp.He worked the drive through banking on Wednesday July 12 2023 around 1145am when the ATM I drove through acted like it gave me cash but didn’t. If I could attach a video, I’d show you what I mean. NOT COOL, ATM. Trying to steal $300 from me. So I backed up while having a panic attack because I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford to have an ATM eat $300. I had already gotten the text notification that the money has been withdrawn and I had received no money. So I pulled into the drive up lane closest to the bank so I could scream at a human being, and that human being happened to be REY, and he was so cool and collected and calm and got everything under control, reassured me that I did not get double dipped when he gave me the money that the machine did not, apologized on behalf of the machine, and even offered me a lollipop. It was not at all patronizing. It was actually very reassuring. I’m a middle-aged woman who was having a panic attack, so he should win every customer service award in the book. And BTW…… this was the second time that Chase ATMs have said that they gave me money when they didn’t. The first time it was only $40 and I was in a hurry so I got screwed out of it. But $300 was not gonna fly. That’s a CHASE issue not a REY issue though, so REY gets five stars.CHASE, give that man a raise ……. and fix your ATMs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not think I’ve ever gotten treated as badly by a chase teller who was greeting us as I did here. I have been a Chase customer for the last five years and I’ve never had issues in the past. Today, I was greeted with sarcastic responses and looks as if I did not know what I was talking about. Finally, I ended up talking to someone who was the branch manager, who service skills needed work due to the fact that it seemed like he was talking down to us based off of our appearance.Would recommend using a different branch.

Adrian Q. who is employed at this location is unprofessional, disrespectful and completely lacks customer service skills. After being a Chase Bank client/customer for about 25 years, and my son being a Chase Bank customer as well, this past Saturday my son and I closed out and cancelled all of our Chase Bank accounts, personal and business, and we took all of our banking business to another banking institution. This past Thursday, my son ran into a banking issue at Chase Bank and this issue has been confirmed by a Vice President at another Chase Bank location that Chase made an error on my son's account. My son went into this location to try and resolve this issue and met with Adrian Q. Adrian Q. immediately said "there is nothing I can do" without even attempting to escalate this matter to see if Chase Bank's error could be corrected. My son called me from his cell phone to advise of what Adrian Q. told him and I asked my son to ask Adrian Q. if he would have a quick conversation with me over my son's cell phone. My son handed Adrian Q. his cell phone and Adrian Q. said to me "there is nothing I can do." I asked Adrian Q. if he would extend me the courtesy of holding for 2 minutes while I called my Chase Bank private banker to see if my Chase banker could quickly address this problem. Adrian Q. said to me "no, I'm busy, I have other things on my schedule today." I was and remain stunned at his unprofessional response and said to Adrian Q. "am I asking for too much to ask you to wait for 2 minutes so that I can try address this issue with my private banker?" Adrian Q. responded and said "I'm not dealing with this" and handed my son's cell phone back to my son and walked away. Adrian Q.'s conduct was and is totally unacceptable! Now comes the "find out part." I immediately called Chase Bank's corporate executive offices in New York and filed a formal complaint for Adrian Q's unprofessional and disrespectful conduct and I have received written confirmation from Chase Bank that it has opened a formal investigation into this matter and Chase Bank did follow-up with a personal phone call to my son and I do appreciate Chase Bank quickly investigating this matter. Adrian Q., take note - whether you have $1 or $100 million dollars in a bank, no bank employee should treat a customer in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner as you did and your unprofessional conduct was the second to last straw as to why my son and I closed out all of Chase Bank accounts, personal and business, and quickly lost us as a customer after approximately a 25 year banking relationship. Clearly, management at this Chase Bank location needs to do better in terms of who it hires to interact directly with customers and needs to better train its employees.

These people are seriously understaffed and it shows. They want you to have an appointment even for the simplest of the things. The relationship manager lady Sophia who works here is rude and lacks empathy towards customers and seems like she has no concern for a person who has been waiting for more than half an hour. Why ? Because they didn’t have an appointment which by the way isn’t explicitly mentioned ANYWHERE in the bank. I would avoid this bank in the future which is a massive waste of time and money. Better take your business to other banks or other chase branches. The only reason I bumped it up to 3 stars is because of Jack who was kind, helpful and patient with me.
