Customer service is terrible here. Opened up a new line of credit for a balance transfer and spent 2 weeks waiting for it to clear then the transaction was cancelled altogether. They also never answer the phones.

Friendly staff, good service. First time was in Chase, and Sofija took me through whole processes. She was very kind, helpful and amazing person.
