I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!

The integrity of Cassidy Tire location in Arlington Heights is unbelievable. I went in to get a front end alignment and he quoted me a price that I agreed to. When I went in to pick up my car he told me he didn't need to do everything he quoted to me, therefore I only needed the alignment. I wouldn't have known any different if he had charged me what he quoted. I only had to pay for the alignment. It's good to know a great auto repair that is honest.

We noticed that the brakes on our SUV weren't stopping as quickly as before, so we went to Cassidy Tire and Service to have them looked at.
Sure enough, we needed new brakes, and they replaced them while we waited at a very reasonable price.
Now, our SUv "stops on a dime." Awesome!

Terrible experience, they have no clue what they are doing, maybe they can change tires but don’t go there if you need alignment. I went here for an alignment on my Maserati, they couldn’t do anything even worse they broke some details,when I left their shop my steering wheel wasn’t centered like was before I got there, car still pulled to the side. next day I want to another shop they performed the alignment correctly, and problems has been solved.

I was told that I needed a new tire and this was not true. “The nail is to close to the wall of your tire”, was what I was told. I took the tire to another shop and they fixed it in 10 mins. This shop is not a genuine service shop. I will never return to this shop.
