I went to Casey for a second opinion on some work on my Rav 4. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the issues I was concerned about. I felt a sense of relief dealing with a company that is honest and treats the customer with respect. I will be bringing both our cars there for service from now on. Thanks to Sean and all the staff at Casey automotive.

I always trust my vehicles to Sean and the rest of the Casey’s Rand Rd team. I had a nail in my tire, drop my car off, they diagnosed the issue and made the repair immediately. They even did a health check on the rest of the tires.

We have been long time customers of Casey and will continue to be loyal to them. Sean, Joe, and Paul at the Arlington Heights location are terrific. They always give our family excellent service and attention. If something doesn't seem quite right after we pick up the car, they immediately tend to it until everything is perfect. Sean @ Casey Automotive was wonderful! Got my oil change & tire rotation done quick! On the full vehicle inspection they found future needed maintenance, offered a quote & answered all my questions. Definitely will be back!
