Excellent Service, I dropped off my car after scheduling an appointment. They called me with reasonable pricing and the repairs were finished by the end of the day. It was very easy, and simple. Definitely coming back for any future car repairs.

Poor customer service. After having a scheduled appointment I had to wait 45 minutes for Luke to come back from his lunch. He was the one who told me to meet him at a certain time. Once he finally showed up he informed me that I had to wait another 45-60 minutes. Apparently they were working on another car and couldn’t even take a look at mine. Someone should’ve informed me that they were running late and offered for me to come back instead of me sitting there with no information and wasting my time.

Some time ago. They removed an old alarm system that was not working and installed a new alarm system on my Honda Civic. They also replaced a passenger window control switch inside the door. Very satisfied with the quality of work and price. Just recently, I had an issue with the remote not functioning correctly. Lucas the owner reprogrammed it at no charge. Now that’s customer service!! Thank you again!
