Dr S. Cho-Ta and the Vet Tech Nancy showed such care for my cat who I was sure would be a poster cat for bad behavior. Both of them spoke in quiet tones and even when they thought for sure (anal gland express) that my cat would lose it, she did not. I know that had a lot to do with their demeanor. Dr Cho-Ta answered all my questions (new cat owner) with respect and clarity. He did not push all kinds of extra vaccines on my housecat and that impressed me. The cost of the exam and the extras my kitty needed was more than fair and so much better than I anticipated. I am so relieved that I found Care and that my cat has Dr Cho-Ta ! Oh, and I was referred by a friend who brings her three rescued Pitties to Care.

We have been coming here for close to 20 years and highly recommend CARE animal hospital. We came here initially when our family dog had a medical emergency and they took such amazing care of her that we never switched back to our old veterinarian. They provide other services of grooming and rehab and were supportive and knowledgable during our 17 year old family dogs passing. Now my husband and I have our own furry members (2 cats and 1 dog). We even moved 30 minutes away and we still come here! Prices are fair, the place is clean and the staff are so welcoming and friendly!

This 5 star review is particularly for the care provided to our cat by Dr Pollock. Our cat was brought into care because she wasn’t eating for a couple days. Through extensive testing it was found that she had a very rare disease that destroys red blood cells in her bone marrow. Now with medication she is stable and is living a very happy life. I have no doubt that Dr Pollocks recommendations and care saved her life. We can not thank you enough.

excellent place friendly staff new management too! took my boy opie to get vaccinated today they all are so friendly ! definitely would recommend this hospital to anyone. will be making this hospital opies permanent vet!

Ended up taking a cat here because his usual vet was closed on a Saturday. They squeezed us in and the doctor who saw him continued following up on him even after the visit was done. The techs were all very nice and helpful.

I had not realized they no longer saw ferrets. I called with a dying ferret and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She was no help but to send me to a vet that was closed. I had taken ferrets there in the past so I was unaware of the change.

Very disappointed in the care we received for our dog who has been acting sick and not eating. Was told he needs a teeth cleaning?? He is 12 years old and has bad teeth. No blood work, no details or care plan. Brought him to another vet and they realized he had a mouth/ tooth infection and got antibiotics and medication for pain. We were charged $200 for the visit and they didn't do a single thing. I am so disappointed and unimpressed. Avoid this place and find a vet who actually cares.

No more Animal ER at Care Do not take your animals to CARE. We had an emergency event occur and went to Care after hours only to find the hospital no longer has an animal ER. What's terrible is that they still have an emergency button to ring for the ER. They haven't taken the time and 'Care' to remove the emergency bell button and be decent enough to list other animal ER's in the area to go for an emergency. It's appalling and egregious that this animal hospital conducts itself in this manner. In addition to this, when we called the hospital while standing outside of it, an individual answered and all she could say was 'We haven't had an ER here in four years' and left it at that. This person didn't even 'Care' enough for our animal's well being and life that she didn't provide information on other animal ER's in the area in an emergency situation. This animal hospital doesn't deserve to be in business. They do not care about animals or the humans who have the honor of taking care of them. Please consider another animal hospital to take your animals. An excellent animal hospital is Glendale Animal Hospital. Your babies deserve the best care.

Thank you to Dr. Hasse! I would like to take the opportunity to praise this wonderful human for the extraordinary service he provides to my dogs. My most recent visit was for an elective surgery (Episioplasty). I would not have trusted anyone else to perform this surgery. The communication, information and support Dr. Hasse provided was top notch! He is educated, honest, experienced and kind! Words can not express my gratitude and appreciation. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.
I would also like to give props to all the staff at this veterinary hospital. Some of the finest bunch I have ever met! Friendly, extremely hard working and efficient!

We are immensely grateful to this Hospital, from the minute my daughter called to ask for information, they were so kind, it was an immediate and safe response, our dog Kostas needed kidney surgery, the Dr. Hasse surgeon was friendly, very professional, I have no qualifiers to express gratitude, our dog came back to life , he is eating very well, he plays, he is happy, we are eternally grateful for his hospitality. After looking for clinics and clinics, and no one would accept us, we felt overwhelmed, God put Care Animal Hospital of Arlington on our path. Thanks a million, we have nothing to thank you for, your affordable prices are very honest with us. THANK YOU!?
