“Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. I was so impressed with his can-do attitude and his willingness to jump in and help. Amazing customer service and an amazing young man! We will be back and will be buying a membership now!”

“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”

“We have been going to Northwest Auto Wash for years. We started when we lived in downtown Arlington Heights and have since moved further away. We still drive over to get our cars cleaned here. They are worth the drive!
Once or twice we made an observation about something we noticed and they immediately took care of it. With all of the vehicles they clean in a day, I’m not surprised a small item or two slips through. The proof of good service is the way they immediately take care of it!
The detailing is also amazing! We tried another place closer to where we live now and that was a huge let down.
As long as we can get to this place, we will use them!”
“Excellent new car wash that will replace Driven for my monthly subscription spot. The hours are more convenient (open until 10pm) and the wash wax and drying done for the ultimate level is perfection.
None of this having to dry off manually after going thru garbage that Driven does now... which was not the case when I joined initially.”

“I like that car wash. No lines any time. All programs work fine. Is not expansive. Can wash there My hight roof sprinter Van also. Im driving 15minutes for that even if i have another touchless car wash closer to me.”
