I used to come here a absolutely loved the service and honesty they provided. I felt they were trustworthy and kind of old school which I loved. In the last couple months it now has new owners. I thought to give them a shot since I really loved this place before. I think it may go by a new name now? Not quite sure, but the location is the same. I wanted to love it but the prices have skyrocketed. It cost close to $80 for a standard oil change. I couldn't believe it - I felt taken advantage of and hoodwinked. One of the mechanics from the old operation still works there and he was very nice but unfortunately I will not be back.

Warren and Matt only fix and charge for the real problems in the 20+ years they have serviced my cars.

He'll keep your car going forever. Looking for an honest, albeit sometimes gruffy, capable mechanic? Warren is your guy. I'll miss having him when I move to another city.

Took my car in to the Midas near my house to have the oil change and have them look at the muffler on one of my cars. Midas said there was a hole in my muffler and it would cost $1000 to repair. It was an older car so I decided to live with the noise. I took it to Warren's shop because I thought the radiator was leaking and asked him to look at the muffler while I was there. They couldn't find anything wrong with the radiator but they told me there was nothing wrong with the muffler. They told me there was a hole in the tail pipe that they could patch and it needed a donut gasket. They fixed it for $190. I'd been using the Midas near my house for 12 yrs, but from now on I'll drive to extra few miles to Warren's shop to get an accurate description of the damage and a fair price.

Owner seemed to be more interested in keeping track of his stock picks than engaging potential customers.

I've been there several times. It's like he is doing you a big, inconvenient, favor by working on your car. Unfortunately, neither the quality of the work, the pricing, nor the condition of the shop are all that impressive - certainly not enough to make up for the doctor's bedside manner. $55 for oil changes. Does not want to listen when you attempt to explain what handling issues and sounds you are experiencing with your car. Said he wanted $100 just to go on a short test ride with me. As a result, repairs and maintenance that could have been caught earlier were not. Problems he said didn't exist, were later found to exist. It's like they only want to do repairs once there is a complete failure. I think they believe they are keeping you happy by getting you out the door cheap. In my view, this is not saving me money and is risky since you never know when or where a failure will occur. While some of the work was done well, I've also had post-repair issues with some of the work. Since there are several other repair places nearby that are highly and extensively rated, I won't be a bother to them the next time my car needs work.

Old school service. Warren fixes my car without the bells and whistles, and doesn't charge for bells and whistles either. It's always done right.

Warren's car repairs are great! He is fair and honest. He can fix anything. I have been going to them for years. Great crew. Gina P.
