I bought a custom ottoman that was just too big and it has a specific leg structure which isn’t standard. I reached out to a few companies but decided to go with Brother’s because the pricing was exactly what it should be. Val’s communication was great, I’m hard to get a reach of during the day so his team would leave me voicemails and he would follow up with emails. The ottoman was cut down on all sides and the legs.. perfect. Plus they picked it up and dropped it off for me. Brother’s is amazing, highly recommend. Thank you Val and team!

My sofa from Restoration Hardware could not fit into the doorway of my apartment in Chicago and Brothers Furniture was able to come that afternoon to disassemble and reassemble my couch PERFECTLY and for the price they quoted over the phone with no additional charges. The disassembled and reassembled my 385 lb pull out couch in less than two hours. I am so impressed and happy with the work they have done. Thank you so much Brothers Furniture!

Outstanding!! We had a large sectional that we could not fit in our basement. We thought our only option was to get rid of it. I did some research and found this company. They responded so quickly and came out the same week. It took two hours and our couch was taken apart and put together perfectly in the basement! I couldn't recommend this company more!

I was referred to this company after the surface of my coffee table was damaged in a move. I explained that the surface was not painted, it was a special matte surface that doesn't show marks or fingerprints. They took the table without explaining what they would do and returned it painted (without even bothering to fill in the ding) and without asking me if that was okay. The reason I had explained about the material was that I did not want it to be painted and I would have said no had they called and said that upon further inspection, that was their suggestion. I could have lived with the ding if the were unable to fix it, but now the table is completely ruined and will have to be replaced. It has multiple scratches in the paint from moving minor things like a plate or book around on the table and shows every single mark where it is touched. When I followed up with the company, zero effort was made to right the wrong, and no apology was made, they were simply defensive. Do not leave your furniture with this company without a CLEAR explanation of what they are going to do with it.

I was so stressed out by a couch that we couldn't get into the basement, called this company and they were so kind and reassuring which was such a relief. They were able to come out the next day and disassembled the couch, brought it to the basement and reassembled it. The guys were incredibly nice, professional and efficient. I was so impressed with this company in every way!!

When our sleeper sofa wouldn’t fit through a doorway into the bedroom we wanted, we called the team from Brothers Furniture.Fernando arrived on time, was very friendly, and did quick work with very high quality. The sofa is in perfect condition, just as they promised.I highly recommend them.

Brothers Upholstery furniture craftsmen, Fernando and Miguel, just saved me a lot of pain and suffering from a sofa that wouldn't fit into the condo elevator. Like magicians, they reduced it to elevator-fitting sofa nuggets, then quickly, neatly, and-most important-correctly reassembled it in my living room. It looks as it should. The process was painless. I recommend them most highly!!!
