Got my TV open box from the store, the description said nothing about issues with remote. Turns out the remote that came with the tv is an old model that can not connect to the TV properly. Online support said it's gonna be fixed no problem and no cost, but phone rep told it's only Arlington Heights manager who can help. Was told I'll receive a call back, never had. Nothing but problems every time we come here. Terrible service. No one trained these people and you can't convince me otherwise. Staff is disgustingly rude. Absolute joke and management isn't interested in helping anyone at all. This is the second time that we as customers had to step in and help another customer with an issue because staff couldn't handle it or understand it enough to help them. What's the point in coming here?

Schools starting next week; we were in need of an iPad. As soon as I walk into the store, this employee goes into his walkeetalkee like hes James Bond or something and say "Green Jacket" (What I was wearing). I immediately knew what was wrong. I go to the front iPad display and notice they are tiny, he follows me there. I look around and see a sign that says "Tablets"; I go there thinking maybe the larger one is there, nope. I go back to the front display to see if maybe I missed something (the big iPads). He follows me again and then asks if I needed help. I was going to let him know that I didn't appreciate what he was doing and that i'd wait for someone else, but for the sake of time I let him take me to the big iPads where I picked it out, and an apple pen. This is the third iPad i've bought here over the years, along with other items. This will be the last time as well. I live closer to the Vernon Hills BB, but opted to go here because of tradition. I understand you have to do asset protection and what not, but ATLEAST be a bit less inconspicuous.

Been here twice in the last week (my own reasons of needing more things) and both times the employees there were super helpful!A women of another department helped in pc, and did a great job, and everyone was nice, quick, and easy to work with!

Spent 30 minutes in store. Asked 2 employees for help with monitors. One was returning something to a shelf. He said he would call someone. No one ever came to help. I then went to the front of the store and asked an employee who was just standing there. He also said I will call someone. Again no one came to help. When I decided to leave I told the employee at the door ( who was busy talking to his friend) what had occurred. He replied that I had only been waiting 6 minutes. That was ridiculous. How would he know how long I had been waiting. Very disappointing and will shop elsewhere or on line
