I had the amazing opportunity to always schedule my appointments with Jaya Kar. She’s the nicest person who always greets you with a smile and actually gets the job done!! You can definitely trust her with your money managing and she always want what’s best for the costumer. If you have the opportunity to meet with her certainly do so, now I actually understood a bit of banking with her!

The worst employees, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I have many accounts and business accounts with them, and I’ve never dealt with such ignorant people. You should close the whole branch down. Every time I come to this location everything is a disaster. Everyone in the entire brand should be fired.

And for quickly opening debit and credit cards for me and my husband. Even despite our insufficient level of English, she was able to explain all the information to us. We came from Ukraine, the banking system is new to us. And it was very important for us to get help in opening bank accounts. We recommend Salpie as a very good and professional specialist!

I came here for a wire transfer from my business account and they ask me whether I have an appointment.With several employees 'sitting' in their chairs with not a single customer to cater, they needed appointment for a spontaneous business transaction.They wanted me to wait and watch their employees idling in their chairs.Pathetic!

Came in for a wire on a closing the next day. Was told they couldn't get it done in time (closing was over 24 hours later). I ended up goin to a different BofA branch who took care of me without issue. This branch is terribly run.
