FYI You will need an appointment if you want to cancel your bank account with Bank of America.Complete waste of time!!

I just don't understand the wait for long time at the drive thru ! Every time I need to make a deposit I have to spend near 15 to 20 minutes depending on how many cars ahead of me! This is beyond ridiculous !

I needed to speak to a human at BOA. First I went to the BOA on Palatine Road. No Human. Next I went to the BOA next to Whole Foods on Rand Road. No humans. Then I went to the BOA on Rand Road/Palatine Road. The building was closed, but there was a human at the drive through. The problem was that there was only a single drive up lane!!! COME ON! I waited in line for almost 1/2 hour. Nice customer service. Obviously BOA does not want to be in the Chicago market, so just leave. You will not be missed.

Thankfully, I only make deposits for my boss here. Most unfriendly teller ever...or she doesn't speak English. Went to drive up. No greeting when she took my deposit; no greeting and not a single word when she gave me the receipt. I took the slips and looked at her and she just looked at me with no expression. Wow.
