“The people at this branch are always nice and helpful. Sometimes it’s a little slow at the tellers but that’s most likely because I don’t carry my CITI card with me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the bank and this branch.”
“Okay, we see the bad reviews. We've been customers for many many years! Citi did change our online banker to a fellow that is probably great, but, is only and "investment" banker. He could not help us with daily activities. We were getting pissed.
The great news is, we LOVE our branch in downtown Arlington Heights and have been lucky enough to be meet, trust and give our hard earned cash to a personal banker there named
Bhavesh Shah.
Bhavesh and the very knowledgeable head teller and branch super manager have taken personal care of us.

We're pretty persnickety people. Without Bhavesh and the fine staff at the main branch, we don't want anymore Citibank. They need more expert caring, customer service people, not more bots!!! Please listen Citibank!”
