One of the great cigar lounges in the northwest suburbs. Chris was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flew in from Philly to find the shop open promptly at 10 a.m., just in time for an after breakfast Cigar. Happy to find all the National brands and my personal favorites in stock. A jovial and welcoming, regular group of guys who all know and greet each other, form a steady stream throughout the morning. The lounge is appointed with walls of properly maintained humidors. Furniture is comfy with seating plenty. Very clean restrooms! An unassuming and spacious getaway if you're coming from the airport. Nice restaurants also in the downtown area only a few blocks away.

Can't say anything bad. Great staff, great selection, comfortable atmosphere. Great place to meet people in the pipe tobacco selection is one of the best in the Chicago area

Selection is poor. Seats need to be recovered or replaced. Staff is unhelpful. Ryan who is the owner/manager. is a rude and obnoxious individual. This is not a good place to smoke a cigar. If they have a "smoke eater," it either doesn't work or they don't turn it on. I recently started smoking down the street at Cigar Heaven where the staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly. Smoking lounge is cleaner, nicer and a better place to smoke a cigar and watch a sporting event. NL

I pass through for work occasionally and have been looking for a new lounge. This is it. Great selection, laid back, and down home place to enjoy a stick and some conversation. Highly recommend!

An excellent place to buy a very wide array of fine cigars. All the choices are there. Arlington Pipe & Cigar has a great smoking lounge with comfortable seating.

An amazing shop with a huuugggeee selection of cigars that have been veeerrryyy well stored. They have good quality low cost cigars as well as one of the best high end cigars collections I’ve seen.One of the best cigar shops/lounges I’ve been to.

Lounge had about 10 cigar smokers lounging in their chairs telling stories. The female store manager was extremely helpful in telling me about their smoke shop. Prices were pretty much the same as anywhere else. Would recommend this shop for a good cigar and oh yea -BYOB.

I stopped in to get a couple cigars from here and the woman that manages the shop is so nice! There was a guy there that was not very welcoming, but she definitely made up for him.

Such a great experience! I visited last week to pick up a gift. Had no clue what to get or where to begin, but after showing Amu some photos, she was able to pick out the perfect cigars. So helpful, so nice, and really made us feel comfortable and welcome in a new setting. Will definitely be back.

This is by far one of the greatest lounges for cigars or pipes and pipe tobacco. Amu will greet you with kindness and a smile and help with whatever you need. Absolutely wonderful!!
