Coach James is knowledgeable and approachable. I always see him ready to help out when someone asks. He is great with customer service. Gym is always clean. Great place for a workout. Update: really disappointed. I just found out James is no longer with Anytime Buffalo Grove. From what I gather this location can’t keep a coach. Sorry to see him go.

The reviews don’t lie! I’ve been in gyms for the last 20 years and this one feels like home. It’s well maintained, the atmosphere is non judgmental, a great variety of equipment, and the ownership and management are super friendly. It’s the best part of my day every day :)

Outstanding gym. The new owner and management—getting after it, big time. The place looks sharp, cleaner than ever, and well-organized. James deserves a big shout-out. He’s a solid guy, welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to help with a good attitude. 24/7 access means no excuses—get in, get it done, any time. Great location, great people, great environment. Highly recommend.

I like it. It's very clean I tend to go later in the evenings or early in the morning when there are fewer people, which allows me to work with multiple machines so I can be in and out faster

For a smaller gym it has a ton of equipment you don't usually see at other gyms at this price point. They have a hip thrust machine, belt squat, hack squat, and a couple incline hammer strength machines. Usually not very crowded and mostly regulars that get in and get out. Great place for a good work out anytime.

I love this gym! Very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. It's wonderful to be able to find an anytime fitness in almost every town I visit.

Excellent experience. Great, knowledgeable trainers that cater to your specific abilities and limitations. 24 hr access. Clean and well maintained. State of the art equipment. Not overcrowded. Highly recommended.

Plenty of washrooms(3), always clean, extra dumbbells, kept cool on scorching summer days, cardio equipment has an internet browser, ample parking, variety of equipment, complimentary coffee ... and I am trying to keep this review short.
The convenience of strip mall gyms has always factored into my workout success, and this is one of the nicest I've ever been a member of.
