My car broke down waiting in a pharmacy drive through. Luckily, 2 men pushed my car out & notified All About Automotive, which was right next to where I broke down. Lucky again. They had my car for 2 days, Nick super helpful, great communication. My car is an '07 Lexus & have always taken it to Lexus for whatever it needs. I've had some questionable car repairs prior, so I just felt safe w/Lexus & complacent. Plus they gave out loaners.But I am SO impressed with service @ All About auto. & they are so close to my home, I'll be back. They also gave me a ride home & delivered my car back to me. Everyone there is very nice & accommodating. Don't hesitate to bring your car to this establishment.

Fair price. Dependable. Good workmanship. They are BUSY!! So plan ahead. I have known the owner and mechanics for almost 10 years. What does that tell you in the car repair business. Great people!

All About Automotive came to my rescue when my care stalled and left me stranded. The tow truck showed up sooner than expected and the driver was extremely helpful and nice. Not only did All About Automotive fix my car, but they also delivered it to me when it was done!! I compared their price to a couple of other places and found it to be quite fair.

This shop has very knowledgeable staff that can diagnose any problem, even problems that other shops can’t figure out. They can even deliver your car back to your house.

Had to have my car towed there for service. Jordan the tow truck driver was a really cool person and took care when loading my car on the flatbed. Customer service on the phone was A+. They were super busy due to this cold spell we're having but still were kind and professional. Prices were good too. I price matched what they wanted to charge and they were good to go. Got a free oil change too. Nobody likes going to the mechanic but these guys made the experience as good as it can be. They even offered to deliver my car back to me. Definitely will use them again!

This shop is targeting women who have AAA with a tow truck scam. Along with this shop, The towing company, insurance company, AAA are going to be all investigated . Someone's up to NO good and I'm going to put an end to it. They are targeting AAA drivers and If it goes in there shop to get fixed, it will never come out. If you ever do get your car back God only knows what they did or didn't do in the 38 days they have your car. If your tow truck driver recommends this place don't listen to him. Run for your life and find another towing company and mechanic. Otherwise, they will make your life miserable and you'll have to hire a lawyer like we're going to do. See you in Court.

I needed a tow from my house to a mechanic. The manager suggested that I use his services because I could get AAA discount and a free oil change. By the late afternoon, I called the office and they didn't know my car was even there!!!! The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and said that he doesn't have anything to do with the tow side of the business. He said that he is short staffed and doesn't have time to look at every car in one day. So I suggested that he call his towing side of the business and explain to him not to suggest anymore people to leave their cars at your garage. Such rudeness and disrespectful service! Never go there for mechanical problems but for towing, they're fine.

I recently needed a new alternator after my car died on the highway. I called AAA to tow my car to my dealership, but they informed me I got a discount if I go to AAA affiliated garage. I spoke with Justin the dispatch manager about All About Automotive and he broke everything down for me. I was handed over to Nick for my car work. Nick was very informative, kind, and fair. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on and even helped find a less expensive part to help me with the bottom line. For a very stressful day, both Nick and Justin went above and beyond with their communication and customer service. I will be a repeat customer from here on out. It's hard to find honest guys that are real and upfront in the car repair industry. Still was painful paying for everything but I am confident I made the right choice going with this shop.

I cannot say enough how much we love the guys at All About. We have been coming here for the past 4-5 years and they have serviced our car faithfully and with transparency. You definitely get what you pay for and forming the friendships that we have with Chris, Jorge and Justin is uncanny. I can’t imagine taking my business anywhere else.

I discovered All About Automotive when I needed my car towed through AAA. Since then they have helped keep my 20 year old car running. They tell me what repair is urgent and what I should keep an eye on. My only complaint is that they continue to reprint their suggestions on every receipt. More than a year ago they said I needed a new battery. The battery was less than 3 years old and still covered by a limited warranty. I had the battery checked at 2 different places. Both said it was fine.

Do not go here for any automotive repairs they charged me close to $600 and didnt fully resolve the issue. Definitely don't reccomend!

Used AAA to get a tow truck to tow my Tesla to a charging station and they dispatched me Rob. Rob was incredibly friendly and true professional. Rob came to my location within 30 minutes, charged my Tesla enough to get it started and on the truck, towed it to the supercharger, and it was wrap. Whole process took less than 45 minutes, when in the past with other companies it took 2.5 hours. Once again, can’t praise Rob for being a professional.Service: Battery
