Best hardware store around, super friendly staff and they have almost everything you need for a weekend project.I just wish they’d take over the cleaners next door, which is awkwardly sandwiched between the hardware store and the showroom :)

Every time I try to use a coupon in this specific store, the app doesn't work and the cashiers always push to check without it and will not honor it. Small business and local, this place specifically makes it challenging to keep going local vs big box store, 10% covers less than tax, an extra 5% based on their markup really isn't much.

This Ace has been my go-to hardware store for the last three years as I’ve taken on dozens of new home renovation projects. As an amateur DIY-er, the help and expertise they provide is miles ahead of big box stores. Can’t say enough good things about this location and their willingness to go the extra mile. Many thanks!

Outstanding Service! This store stands by its motto. We bought a new home in this area. All the employees were welcoming and treated us Above & Beyond like neighbors. So helpful and great advice. Just an amazing team works here and I am so happy that this store is in our neighbour hood. My last experience just put icing on the cake. Today, I stopped by five minutes before they were closing to get an iron fixed. Manager stayed late and fixed it for me immediately. This is call a top notch customer care and service. Ace - no matter where - has always been our go-to. We were at a nearby chain earlier but couldn't find basic items or anyone to help. We walked into Ace and Woody was there like he was waiting for us, asked to help, knew the aisle # for each item, and helped us choose what would work best. He had an awesome attitude, as did the friendly check-out lady.
