BORDERLINE FRAUDULENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
AAA gave me the old bait, switch, and hook. Signed me up. I signed up for homeowners insurance they gave me a price. Then a few months into the term of the policy they send me a $197 bill with no explanation why.
Called to get answers why and found customer service, billing, website, mobile app, and overall policy sign up process is bad.
Had to call them several times to get an answer on why and how to get my questions addressed. Their agents were not helpful and did not get back to me with answers as they promised they would do.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!

Just don’t…. Our agent is always arrogant and rude, to the point that i rather waited on hold with their general customer service number for 30 minutes every time i got (yet another) unexpected charge on my card and wanted to ask what it was about “this time” since we’ve been there for years with 0 accidents or any other issues. Nobody knows what they’re doing, very unprofessional and disorganized and again, RUDE. Never ever again, taking all my 4 cars and moving business elsewhere.

Somehow longer waits and less efficient than a DMV…. saw a guy wait 2 hours for International Drivers Permit. I’m still in line here. One guy working and 4 in the back doing nothing

Fantastic service, came here for an international driver's license. They took care of the photos (cheaper than pharmacies), served me without wait, and it was a fast no-nonsense experience. They're busy but efficient for helping travelers.Only go to AAA for the international driver's license by the way. $20, 8.50 for the pictures, walked out in 5 minutes with the license.
