Have been on hold for over an hour to see if a prescription for my mom was ready ,who is on hospice, to be told that the tech can't tell me if the prescription was ready and that I needed to talk to the Pharmisist since it's a controlled substance. Placed on hold again for another hour only to be told by Pharmasist that she has no clue if it's ready due to them being closed the past hour. Why answer a phone call in regards to a prescription if you are not able to access what is being asked? We've been trying for 3 days to get what my mom needs from them and it's been nothing but a mess. Thank goodness hospice has other ways to get her her medication, but if your loved one needed something fast...this is not the place to go.

I’ve always been assisted in a kind \\u0026 polite manner in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with this location

Horrible, I get sent to go online to schedule appt for COVID 19 test and then the website freezes when selecting location. Restarted my device thinking it's me, still doesn't work. I'll take my business elsewhere. This is terrible service and I feel like I'm losing my consciousness as I type. Walgreens should be sued for negligence and withholding service!

Pharmacy says it's open until 10pm on weekdays but was closed when I arrived at 8pm today (Friday) and I really needed a medication...I would've sent it elsewhere had I known

Very rude cashier at the Antioch location. I think it’s time she retires. Treated me like I was stupid. Very poor customer service skills.

Their photo developing makes great photos compared to the CVS down the street. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely the worst service. There are more than 9 of us in line and the Manager is standing in an aisles chatting with her friend. Instead of staffing enough people to help checkout and in photo, it's just one girl. She's too timid to speak up and ask for help. Actually looks like she is scared of the manager. It's Sunday at 2:05pm What an absolute horrible experience to have this many people waiting because of staffing and finally get service the manager is short, rude and never acknowledges the line because of her.

I would give five stars but when I was at the checkout a few days ago, or maybe a week ago the older lady at the counter was so rude. She walked away doing God knows what while I was trying to tell her I had points to use on my card. She ignored me 3 times and said put your card in. I said I have points can you please redeem them for me? She huffed like I was asking her something that isn't her job. I'm sorry lady do your job. I spent money to redeem those points. Ugh. Well that wasn't the only thing. She proceeds to blow her nose as I'm waiting for the receipt to come out and thinks I want her boogery hands touching my stuff! Really?! If the tables were turned, she wouldn't want me to blow my nose and hand her the stuff and receipt! C'mon common sense right now with COVID! Walgreens PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS RUDE WORKER!!!! Thank you!

I’ve only been here one time. The young girls who are at the drive thru windows I feel are not professional. The Pharmacist that I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I just find it odd that a Wal-Greens is kinda in a high school parking lot.
