Lupe was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options and answered my questions. She took her time and explained what she was doing as we went through the process. By far the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Was dreading the process of purchasing a new phone, she was amazing. Actually left the store with a smile on my face!

Why do they have a phone number that they never answer? Why not just admit " all your calls will go to the Philippines where no one will be able to actually help you with a local store question"?

I want to thank Victra for the fast follow up and support to rectify the issues that I had. They were extremely responsive, and everything has been cleared within less than 24 hours of reporting. Even though the experience at the store was not pleasant, the owner of the store is rectifying and putting in an action plan. I strongly recommend working with the owner of the company I will continue to support the business My daughter just left Verizon in Antioch after she returned her new phone that was overheating. The service was awful. The sales person talked down to her. She’s 26. Told her that it was overheating because she was on Facebook for seven minutes. He then accused her of using the wrong charger the charger she was using was what the phone was given with a day before hand. She had to still pay for the set up fee, screen protector and on top of it had to pay A restocking fee for a faulty devise. Advise people to stay away.

We went in for a new phone at the Verizon store in Antioch. . Was immediately greeted and helped by a very nice girl named Lupe. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of your products and went out of her way to explain details about the Phones, accessories, etc. She is a wonderful assett to your company! She made our experience painless and enjoyable.
