“Slid off the road tonight during a really bad snow storm. Called Antioch Automotive and they picked up right away, I didn’t get a call center somewhere across the globe. The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck. Staff was super friendly, professional and the pricing was fair. You guys saved my day. Great Job! Much respect!”

“These guys are my saviors. Driving home from work during rush hour traffic my cars engine gave out and I was stranded waiting for roadside assistance and wondering what to do. The owner of the shop was driving and saw me stranded on the side of the road and came out and helped me push my car to the side of the road to a more safer area. He then went to go get his trailer and towed my car to his shop. Very knowledgeable and helped install a engine in the car and it feels like brand new. Very great on the prices and very good work!”

The first set of rotors we tried were already warped, and they made them right when i went back and told them. They were understanding and kind about this situation. Went out of the way to make me stay happy, and it was noticeable.
During the back brake replacement the mechanic caught a spec problem in the rear rotors size that could have created a problem considering the people who owned the truck before me had the wrong size rotors put on for the heavy duty truck I have needed thick heavy duty rotors. There was a noticeable gap, being they were light duty rotors. The old mechanic before town auto either ignored the gap or didn't catch it.
Good catch for Town Auto mechanics. I feel safe now.
