Less than friendly service on an online pickup. The cabinet says pick up online order here which I did but then I get reprimanded by an employee for doing so. She assumed I was going to just walk out without telling anyone. The entire thing could have been handled much better without making the customer feel stupid. Extremely disappointed in how it was handled.

Good morning! I wanted to say yesterday I went to antioch store to see carolyn about my bulldogges severe allergies. I was in tears and feeling hopeless .The store was packed the entire team busy friendly doing their thing and carolyn was able to take the time with me and find the best solution in dog food for my Winston! Then I went to check out the young cashier also was able to tell me the best outta 3 creams for Winston's feet she used on her dobe..the best was their was at least 8 people in line watching me in tears feeling defeated ALL giving me their support and courage things will get better! .I am a manager of a family owned grocery store and this is how I want our store to be... what a team you have in Antioch and ill be forever grateful for all of them .CAROLYN thank you !

I recently purchased a zero turn riding mower from TSO in Antioch IL on (3/30/24) After the purchase I found another vendor that was $200.00 less expensive online. I remembered while being in the store seeing a price match guarantee sign so I looked up and printed out the price match guarantee. I visited the store on that I purchased the mower from on 4/22/23 and spoke with the store manager and told him that I had found the mower for $200.00 less online and I wanted him to honor their price match guarantee. He went on to explained to me that the guarantee only applies up to a 25 radius from the purchase point and the online price that I had found didn't count due to this policy. I then asked him to point that out on the TSO price match sheet that I had printed out from their website and obviously he couldn't because it’s not stated anywhere. So, beware if you purchase a product from TSO and find a lower price online or otherwise within the 3o day window make sure that the competitor is within their so called twenty 25 mile radius of the store you made the purchase from, because you'll get the same run around like I did. They should update their online price match to included this to avoid further confusion. I've always enjoyed shopping at TSO for my pet supplies etc, but now I'm going to consider shopping at another competitor.

BEWARE!!!! :I worked for them and they don’t want to pay for service rendered still waiting after 6 months! And they still refuse to pay after out of pocket materials and labor! This is a big snake corporation that doesn’t want to pay and I highly recommend not to work for them! 437 after recommending to replace tankless and repaired it and they still won’t pay balance!

I will never shop at tractor supply again we went online to order cracked corn they did not have it in stock so somehow they ordered it to ship costing us a couple of hundred dollars and they took it directly out of our account so it ended up costing about $50 for a 50 lb bag of corn

At the times when the weather is getting cold and the Holidays, when people need the heat the home the most- they can't refil the propane because of "broken" nozzle for week???What kind of retarded management is over this store? Takes a week to replace nozzle that actually only take 10 minutes or so...They should be ALL fired!

Very clean and organized. The staff was super helpful and they have a large selection of in stock items. Loved how pet friendly this location is!
Staff was helpful loading the fence gate we bought as well.

A very pleasant place to shop with a variety of products for all your needs and your animals, the staff at Tractor Supply are professionals, especially Giselle the cashier, very friendly with the questions we had about products and returns. Thank you for being there making a big difference at work. The store is very clean, the prices are affordable and they have a wide variety of accessories for horses, dogs, cats.
