Sventech is the only company I will EVER have service my laser!! He truly cares about you and whatever business you have. He wants you up and running and works hard at finding exactly what the issue is and will take the time to explain it as well. He was able to find me a replacement hand piece so I didn't lose any business, which is very hard to do. My Candela Gentlemax has parts that are becoming hard to find. He wouldn't stop until he found the issue, where other companies didn't! He truly is a genuinely good person and exceptional technician!! Thank you!!!

For those Laser owners out there that are afraid to not keep paying exorbitant annual fees for the laser manufacturers extended warranty/maintenance plans, there is a solution! Sventech actually cares about you the customer and will save you money! Do not fear! I am a dentist who let my biolase iplus extended maintenance plan lapse and Sventech will take my call and get back to me promptly anytime I call and most of the time can walk me through diagnosis of any issue I am having. They also are excellent at recommending maintenance/cleaning protocols for my unit for my office staff in order to avoid problems. Five stars!

I deliver dental care. We bought our laser at a periodontal seminar with implant focus about 8 years ago. We love using it. But over time, it had become "less than saucy", in terms of it's ability to vaporize tissue. A local dental rep gave me the name of Sventech, and I am so thankful for the introduction. Our laser repair was a bit quirky, and these guys went OUT OF THEIR WAY to take care of us. I'm talking over the top... like paying them didn't seem enough to compensate them for their services. I cannot praise them highly enough. The laser I own is working better than it did brand new out-of-the-crate. I am impressed. Love these guys!

We recently had our 8 yr old DEKA CO2 laser repaired, and were offered a loaner while our machine was in their shop. First of all, how amazing that we didn't miss a beat while these guys took care of us! Secondly, their Matrix laser out performed our DEKA by just about every way I could evaluate. On top of cutting tissue better, stronger, faster, I believe they were selling it for about $13,000 less than what I paid for my old laser 8 years ago. We are considering an upgrade to a Matrix. It would sure make my life easier to have it in the office. After a month of using it, I would highly recommend it to any dentist. The Matrix was amazing.

The brothers Sven are a treasure in the laser repair community. They helped me today to fix a versawave discontinued laser over the telephone. This was way beyond my expectations and now the laser works perfectly. Thanks Aaron and Eric!!!! You guys are the best.!!!!

I have a Cutera Excel HR laser. A couple weeks ago I had a problem with a hand peace and Aric was an excellent tech. He fixed my laser in one day and I didn't need to reschedule my clients. Very thankful for his professional customer service.
