Rented a pontoon Friday and a different pontoon Saturday in August. The boat was perfect for a day of tubing, swimming, water ski, and just boating and a picnic on the water. No major issues with equipment. We are not experienced boaters, but the pontoons were easy to use. Neither day was too crowded, but there were noticeably more people boating on Saturday. We had a great time! I hope to go back again Soon!

We rented a pontoon for a couple hours. Great staff, super helpful and informative. Even the staff pup was awesome. Hope he liked the hot dogs! Will go back for sure.

The boats seem to be pretty well maintained, they are clean, easy to drive and quite fun. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and are sure to make even a novice boat pilot feel comfortable. We will definitely return next year and recommend anyone else looking to have a good time on the chain o' lakes, to rent their boat from Spring Lake Marina.

Spring Lake Marina was a great spot! Nice, quiet area..The young lady that tended to us, was very kind and professional! The small pontoon boat was perfect for a family of 4 and the lake views are Awesome! We definitely recommend this Mariana and this won't be our last visit!

I don't usually write reviews unless it's absolutely deserved. I have been to plenty of boat rentals in my lifetime and I can't express enough how great this place is for rentals. I rented 10 hours on 8/20/23. Classic Pantoon on the Chain O Lakes.The Pantoon I rented was very clean and the rental booth and dock was exceptionally clean and well kept as well. The staff were all friendly and very informative. I personally believe this might be the best location for renting a boat on the Chain. You are renting right in-between all the best spots to anchor and swim. When returning the boat I didn't need to call or anything. The staff was already waiting on the dock to help out right away.I didn't have any after chargers on my card despite the gas which was expected and reasonably priced.My suggestion is to rent a water carpet also even if you don't have kids. Next time I'll actually rent 2 water carpets.

We booked on a beautiful 80 degree day. When we were about to pick up the boat the rain kicked in, first it said one hour then continued to extend for the whole day. We were nervous about boating in the rain and about the rain ruining our beautiful day. We expressed our feeling with the owners and expected to pay a penalty to reschedule… but absolutely not we are absolutely relieved that the owners said no worries and offered to rebook us a different date. Spring Marina made us feel very much appreciated as a customer and will forever have our business and all of our families business! Don't come to this place, will charge you for damage already done to the boat. Employees and manager are completely unprofessional. They act friendly but don't buy it

Great place and great staff! We rented a 20 ft. pontoon for an afternoon. The boat was in great shape and was very clean. The staff gave us a quick tutorial on safety and how to operate the boat. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Told us where all of the restaurants were on the chain and where there was decent fishing. The boat ran great the entire time with no issues. Would definitely recommend Spring Lake Marina and I will definitely be back again.

Our family had a great time on the pontoon we rented from Spring Lake Marina. The lakes were pretty crowded on the Saturday we went, but we were still able to find some spots to anchor and swim. Even with all the people and boats, we saw quite a bit of wildlife, including a muskrat! The staff was friendly and explained the area very well. We will definitely rent from them again.

Had an amazing time with a pontoon from Spring Lake Marina! They are very transparent with pricing and everything to expect. They gave us an overview of the boat and we felt very safe when they showed us the great condition of the propeller. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Be aware! Dont get robbed! Dont let this company put one over on you. Upon booking I talked to Erica who seemed be nice of course to get you to buy. A gentleman with long hair, glasses, who suppose to show you the wear everything is on the boat and make sure there was no damage prior to leaving. He saw the nicks and dings on the propeller and said "not to worry as long as there are no more damage". We had 3 people listening to him while he was "instructing". Once we got back there was another gentleman checking us out and said we cause damage to the propeller. I called the guy over who checked the boat prior and he was quiet about the damage. I tried talking to Erica about the gentleman knowing the damage was there. She and crew said " Did you take pictures". I thought this was a good honest company but now got. Charged an extra $175 to give them a new propeller on a used one.
