We met years ago when my Daughter was trying to get her Pontiac fixed. All the dealers wanted $350 to diagnose and estimated repairs around $1000. She took it to Roy. He listened to her and said it just needs a new speedometer, and they sell rebuilds. It will cost under $400. It was a common problem with those cars. Dealers and others all were trying to rip her off. Roy was true to his word, had it done in a day, the bill was less than $400. Since then we take all the cars and trucks over to him. Nice friendly service, vehicles always come back clean, unlike Kunes Ford. Roy knows I sometimes fix my own trucks and has given me advice & tips on a number of occasions, what to look for, what not to do or double checking a code. He also understands the my truck is my livelihood My biggest fear is that someday he will retire.

Over and above! I had a brake noise (pretty severe) yesterday night. I needed to get to work in the morning. I called Roy first thing and he was able to prioritize my vehicle.Knowing this job would take a while (getting parts), I walked down the street for breakfast.When my car was finished (less than 2 hours!), they came and picked me up!Roy and Mike are straight-forward, honest mechanics...I recommend using their services. Mechanics like this are a dying breed. SUPPORT LOCAL, especially when excellent.

I've never had any issues at this shop! They're always knowledgeable and honest with you about what your car needs and what might not be necessary to fix right away.Mike did a wonderful job replacing my rear calipers and brake pads while working with Roy to get my 2002 CR-V's faulty EVAP into emissions shape. I always appreciate the service here and the repair turnaround. They communicate with you very well about what is being done to your car, so there's no guessing. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on. My high pressure fuel pump went out on my Colorado driving up I-94, towed it to the nearest place available and they said they were going to take it to the dealer to be diagnosed. I instead had it towed back to Roy's at the request of my mother in law. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 2 days at a very reasonable price.

Went to them to get a leak of radartor fluid fixed. Had it for 4 days, just to tell me the part I got is going to go to work and they couldn't work on my truck, where was another place they're able to get the piece on that they said they weren't able to and it worked better than before. I don't know what you guys are talking about you guys needed a lift to work on something inside the cab.

Roy won't rip you off! Local small business that will tell you what you need to know and will fix what needs fixing. He will also tell you if he can't fix something and will not try and "up sale" you on services you don't need. If you're looking for a fancy place that has a waiting room with magazines and serves coffee while you wait, this isn't it. Just plain old good service

Good work for an affordable price! Went in thinking it was a really big job, but the professional staff figured out the problem in no time and fixed it. So glad I went to Roy's auto to get my car running right. 100% telling family and friends, thanks again for the quality work.

I have done business with Roy for many years. He is an excellent mechanic and Mike who works for him is an excellent assistant. I would recommend him to anyone. Im sure he would be willing to give an estimate. He will not do things that don't need to be done.
