This branch has really improved over the years. The last several times that I have been here I have noticed a huge improvement in the speed and courtesy of the bank tellers here. I'm not sure what the change was but it's noticed and appreciated!

The reason for the 5 stars is because the man at the drive thru I think his name might be Tim is the best!!!!! He is quick and gets the job done!!

There is only one good employee in that branch. Unfortunately, she is not there every day and then, you are on the other ones hands. They keep hiring people who show disregard for the customer, or they offer you the most ridiculous answers. Special mention to Gaby who should be sent for training to answer the phone, and to manager Gianna, who is oblivious to complaints and does not return calls. It is getting harder to find a good PNC branch in my area. Looking to move all the accounts to a Bank that cares.

Ive been banking here since this branch opened and every single person thats ever worked here has been super nice to me. Shocked to see the 1 star reviews, me and all my co workers bank here and say the same thing that everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They even helped me a ton when i was in Japan with getting transfers and other international banking questions. I highly recommend this bank and so do all my co workers

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This lady froze mine and my boyfriends account on a holiday weekend because my boyfriend who is disabled with MS cant sign his name like he used to. We gave this women 4 forms of ID. Horrible heartless people here. Do not bank with PNC

PNC is the absolute worst bank out there, fees fees fees fees!!! Nothing but fees with this bank and requirements to even be with the bank monthly! Absolute worst bank you could possibly bank at!

I normally enjoy going to this branch and everyone has been great until they hired some new woman who is rude every time i go there, and has an attitude when she has to lift a finger to go outside of her way.. Every time I dealt with her she just has the most unpleasant lazy attitude like "oh I have to actually work to get paid" Oh I have to look up your account number, or hand you a deposit slip... Unbelievable... Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Wish I had her name to call and complain..
