The owner of this place is extremely selfish and self centered. He wouldn't let my mechanic work on my boat/trailer in this storage yard. He wanted me to tow it out of the yard to have it worked on! When my first year storage contract expired i was out of state. I was coming back about a week after my expiration date. The owner said if i don't pick it up the same day he called he would move the boat “out of the yard†(whatever that means). I offered to pay for a full month (while I'd only use the yard for about a week and a half). This would buy me time to come back to town and pickup my boat. He agreed. This was on Saturday. He texted me Monday morning said if i don't pickup the boat by Tuesday he would “drop it off somewhereâ€. I had to cut my business trip short book an emergency flight just so i can pickup the boat a couple days earlier than we agreed. Even though i was going to pay for a full month. This is just one of many problems i had with this place. Owner seems nice until something clicks in his head and he loses all common sense.
